Remove stem, pistil and tips of the calyx from each squash blossom.
Sauté onions on a pan with a bit of oil and add squash blossoms afterward.
Season with a pinch of salt, mix ingredients in the pan thoroughly, and let cook for 5 minutes or until the moisture evaporates.
Place some shredded La Vaquita® Queso Oaxaca in the center of each tortilla, along with a bit of cooked squash blossoms. Fold in half and heat both sides of the quesadilla on a pan until the cheese melts.
