- 1½ cups of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 1½ cups of La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana
- 6 tomatoes
- ¼ onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 1 cup chicken bouillon
- 400 grams dried noodles
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Avocado and chopped coriander for garnish
- Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, chipotle and chicken bouillon to make a sauce.
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, and fry noodles until slightly brown.
- Pour sauce into the pot and cook until liquid evaporates.
- Serve the fideo seco on a dish and sprinkle it with the perfect crumble of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco and the fresh touch of La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana.
