12 little sopes
4 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of refried beans
1 kilo of cooked and shredded beef
1/2 cup of La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana
1 cup of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco crumbled
1 cup chopped lettuce
Red sauce (salsa roja) to taste
Brown the sopes on a griddle with a little oil, take them out and place them on a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil.
Place sopes on a plate and add some beans on them.
Add the shredded meat
Finish by decorating with the lettuce, La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana, La Vaquita® Queso Fresco and red sauce to taste.
