- 12 little sopes
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of refried beans
- 1 kilo of cooked and shredded beef
- 1/2 cup of La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana
- 1 cup of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco crumbled
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- Red sauce (salsa roja) to taste
- Brown the sopes on a griddle with a little oil, take them out and place them on a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil.
- Place sopes on a plate and add some beans on them.
- Add the shredded meat
- Finish by decorating with the lettuce, La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana, La Vaquita® Queso Fresco and red sauce to taste.
