Roll the shredded chicken into each corn tortilla and fry them in hot oil over medium heat. Turn them over while frying to obtain the desired consistency.
Drain off excess oil on absorbent paper
Add La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana, La Vaquita® Queso Fresco, lettuce and tomato to taste and serve immediately.
