CHILAQUILESGarlic Butter Shrimp
- 4 bobbins/bolillos cut in half
- 1 cup refried black beans
- 2 cups shredded La Vaquita® Queso Oaxaca
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup of a sauce of your choice
- La Vaquita® Queso Fresco
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Spread half a roll with refried beans and then add the La Vaquita® Oaxaca Cheese. Place on a baking sheet.
- Broil until the cheese is completely melted and the roll has a slightly golden color.
- Remove and put on a plate and add pico de gallo on top.
- Finish by adding La Vaquita® Queso Fresco to taste!
