4 bobbins/bolillos cut in half
1 cup refried black beans
2 cups shredded La Vaquita® Queso Oaxaca
1 cup pico de gallo
1 cup of a sauce of your choice La Vaquita® Queso Fresco
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Spread half a roll with refried beans and then add the La Vaquita® Oaxaca Cheese. Place on a baking sheet.
Broil until the cheese is completely melted and the roll has a slightly golden color.
Remove and put on a plate and add pico de gallo on top.
Finish by adding La Vaquita® Queso Fresco to taste!
