Queso Fresco – “fresh cheese” – is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It is a crumbling cheese similar to feta, goat cheese or blue cheese. However, unlike stronger crumbling cheeses, the flavor of Queso Fresco is smooth – fresh, bright, milky, and mild – adding authentic flavor and tradition to everything you cook.

Our unique formula uses whole milk. This combination of higher milk fat with lower moisture content means our Queso Fresco has a creamier, smoother texture. It’s rich yet easy to crumble, making it perfect for any dish.
